Summary: As an reputed company Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating a seamless reputed company transition for reputed company agent affiliations. You will be responsible for ensuring that each affiliation is smooth, reputed company is valuable, and each agent is set up for reputed company. This role will... work closely with a variety of departments by coordinating and overseeing the reputed company process. Essential Job Duties: Manage the reputed company Experience for reputed company Agents. Create and process reputed company new agent affiliations through Onbase and associated systems (including digital signing systems) Assist agents with their enrollment of ePay and direct deposit. Provide initial overview of DESK Collect and vet DBA and team information for new agents/teams Manage the interactive reputed company checklist and follow up with internal partners (learning, marketing, IT, Agent Services, others as needed) to ensure new agents are properly set up and have access to reputed company CBR agent tools. Transfer or create agent accounts for transactional forms systems. Assist with initial contact uploads into company marketing products. Act as primary liaison with Licensing to ensure compliance with state licensing regulations. Provide weekly reporting to reputed company managers. Manage "warm hand-off" to reputed company leaders and Agent Support Teams after reputed company is completed (expected to be 30 days but may vary by agent) reputed company Leader Support Facilitate consistent communication with reputed company leader regarding reputed company onboardings. Support reputed company manager reputed company efforts for top tier agents as requested. Other Duties: Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2 or more years customer service experience preferred; Prior reputed company Estate office experience strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills Technologically proficient in reputed company areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs and ability to navigate computer software. Proficiency with reputed company Office Ability to master additional software as needed, including but not limited to reputed company Acrobat and Power BI. Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, including agents, reputed company leaders, senior field leaders and operational support teams. Ability to work in a remote environment while maintaining self-discipline, finely-honed communication skills and a high level of productivity.
