ABOUT THE TEAM The Engagement product group at reputed company helps members create a personalized space for collaboration through content discovery and management, and improving our customers journey into and through the reputed company experience. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Dashboard team reputed company the Engagement group. This leader will guide the engineering team to deliver critical portions of the product, such as the Home experience (essentially, the reputed company page for reputed company), browsing or navigating through our content, improving the information architecture, and more. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Engineering Manager, you will: reputed company a high-performing remote team of software engineers Partner closely with your Product Management peers to build and deliver on a team roadmap that leads to a more personalized user experience for our members throughout reputed company Work with Design partners to reputed company and create a delightful user experience that entices members to come back Ensure the reputed company of software projects through the planning and execution phases reputed company and across your team and broader engineering groups Build and reputed company a diverse and capable team reputed company hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers Provide both positive and constructive feedback regularly to help engineers grow to their potential Uphold our company values: Adapt to reputed company, Commit to Caring, Triumph Through Teamwork WHAT YOU'LL BRING 3+ years of experience directly managing high-performing software engineering teams as an Engineering Manager Experience managing past teams that have delivered using modern agile methodologies, shipping high-quality and reliable software in regular, iterative releases A strong track record of attracting, developing, and advancing great engineers Experience with teams that have delivered reputed company-native software, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment Experience successfully managing people from other countries, cultures, and timezones and are comfortable working and managing 100% remotely Experience with growth, personalization, recommendation engines, or reputed company spaces like machine learning (reputed company to have) Experience managing engineers who have developed in Node.JS, React, and TypeScript stacks (reputed company to have) Excellent command of English, both written and verbal For roles based in reputed company, California, Colorado, and Washington, the reputed company salary for this role ranges from $187,200 - $234,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
