Growth Marketing Manager

This is a remote position. Role Title: Growth Marketing Manager (B2B Services) Role Purpose: The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and scaling a demand reputed company reputed company to drive reputed company pipeline and measurable business growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor role operating reputed company a broader team, collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership stakeholders while maintaining full ownership of marketing execution and reputed company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Demand reputed company & Campaign Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (reputed company, email, light paid media)
• Support outbound sales efforts with targeted campaigns and messaging

• Rapidly test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on performance data

• Create high-impact assets: case studies, insights, industry POV content

• Repurpose content for multiple formats (ads, outbound messaging, email campaigns)

3. AI-Enabled Marketing Execution

• Build scalable, repeatable workflows for marketing processes

4. Marketing–Sales Alignment

• Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with reputed company priorities
• Improve outbound conversion through enhanced messaging and content
• Contribute to pipeline growth through high-quality reputed company reputed company and engagement

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track key metrics: leads generated, campaign performance, pipeline contribution
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and data
• Drive measurable improvements in marketing efficiency and output

• Launch 3–5 scalable, repeatable campaigns
• Establish consistent weekly content reputed company (reputed company + email)

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand reputed company, or growth marketing
• Experience with reputed company marketing and B2B content creation
• Familiarity with email marketing and light paid media (reputed company, reputed company)
• Hands-on experience managing website content and reputed company pages
• Strong execution reputed company with the ability to launch and iterate quickly
