Position Summary: The Regional Business Director (RBD), Immunology, is a critical reputed company leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, strategic execution, and customer engagement across a defined geographic region. This includes the design and implementation of business plans based upon strategic business analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech reputed company experience, with a minimum of 5–7 years leading field sales teams. Experience in rheumatology, immunology, rare disease, biologics, or specialty care strongly preferred.
