Associate Career Services Specialist - Hygiene

JOB OVERVIEW: This position will be responsible for supporting the Dental Career Planning (DCP) program by delivering non-clinical career education and 1:1 guidance to dental hygiene reputed company and early-career hygienists. This role helps expand DCP’s school partnerships into hygiene programs, increases engagement on studentdentist.com, and strengthens the pipeline of future dental professionals through neutral, practical coaching on the job search and early career reputed company. Capture recurring student questions and feedback to improve hygiene-specific programming and resources. The posted range for this position is $62,893-86,479, which is the expected starting reputed company salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
