ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY As a Customer Care Representative your primary role is to provide service to policyholders and claimants. You will work with customers in taking payments, making policy changes, taking new loss information, resolving/answering problems and responding to information requests. This is an entry level position in our contact center and provides excellent career reputed company into our Claims and Operations organization that may include additional reputed company building opportunities. Start Date: reputed company 8, 2024 Training Hours: 9:30AM-6:00 PM EST Monday - Friday (8 weeks with no time off) Post Training Hours: 9:30AM-6:00 PM EST Monday – Friday Key Responsibilities: Take ownership to ensure that we go above and reputed company to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch reputed company as an opportunity to build value and reputed company brand. Provide Exceptional Customer Service experience to our policyholders in every interaction. Handling inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs reputed company to their home and/or auto policy. Be the first reputed company of contact to our policyholders, explaining the claims process, initiating damage appraisals, and organizing car rental where appropriate. Initiate claims according to claims best practices, as assigned. Promotes digital self service capabilities on reputed company transactions. Utilize multiple computer applications with accuracy. Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
