In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address customer concerns and provide support as needed. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and file management, to support the efficient operation of the customer service department. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in customer service. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the construction or reputed company industry.
