The primary responsibility of this role is to support HR processes to increase efficiency in the HR organization. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management, the person in this role will support the HR development objective of supporting processes in Workforce Planning and... Organizational Development. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana.
