As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing and coordinating service appointments for our plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, electrical, sewer repair, and gas work services. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
