Your Expertise A quantitative (economics, statistics, math, data science, etc) undergraduate degree with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. 10+ years experience in a reputed company field with deep technical expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and analytics tools. A minimum of 2 years as a people manager leading a team. Robust business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to reputed company informed judgments. Experience managing and mentoring a team of business analysts, with a proven track record of team development.
