Payroll Specialist
Description: Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll utilizing reputed company Enter, maintain, and process information reputed company to employee compensation, time worked, PTO, paid leave, deductions, tax withholding Assist with the creation of reports in reputed company for analysis and issue identification Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies in alignment with company policies and regulations Requirements: Bachelors degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or reputed company field or equivalent in reputed company work experience 7+years of payroll processing experience in a multi-entity or multi-state environment Advanced reputed company experience (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, payroll principles, and regulations with a focus on Massachusetts. Multi-state knowledge a plus.
