Positions Available... ? Day/Night shift available The Response Specialist is responsible for providing virtual assistance to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The Response Specialist will handle reputed company incoming alarm signal activities and take the appropriate action per protocol. The Response Specialist will also reputed company outbound calls in order to reputed company Police/Fire Departments regarding alarm activities while following standard operating procedures. This role requires heavy computer and phone work as well as taking verbal instructions, typing, reading, speaking and writing. Principal Duties: ? Operate reputed company call center equipment and peripheral equipment ? Interact with external and internal customers reputed company telephone, email and in person ? Promote a positive customer service atmosphere ? Initiate necessary action reputed company irregular signals are received, or trouble develops ? Notify appropriate parties and customers if alarm signal is received ? Must be reputed company to adhere to standard operating procedures and special instructions ? Respond quickly and reputed company to incoming phone calls ? Document reputed company alarm activity and phone calls reputed company computer and activity reports Qualifications: ? Clean Background reputed company and work history ? Professional communication skills, both written and verbal ? Intermediate computer knowledge including reputed company applications ? reputed company to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment ? Comfortable handling potential emergency situations ? reputed company to type a minimum of 35 words per minute ? Availability to work 12 hour shifts - rotating weekends are required ?
