Information Technology Analyst

A well-established professional services firm located in Norcross, GA is seeking a dependable, dynamic Information Technology Analyst to provide general end-user support and systems administration. The Information Technology Analyst will work closely with the IT Operations Director as well as other departments, teams, and partners to ensure technologically sound, timely, and cost-effective... management of the firm's systems and network infrastructure. The successful Information Technology Analyst will have the qualifications listed below and be able to bring innovative reputed company to the firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide end user support for applications, desktops and laptops in the office and for remote workers • Setup, deploy and decommission servers, desktops and laptops according to the firm's reputed company standards and policies • Complete new user account setups, as well as account changes and deletes in timely manner according to firm procedures • Manage Active Directory and Group Policy reputed company server 20XX environment • Evaluate and optimize server, network and end user systems regularly • Use VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon to manage the firm's virtual servers and virtual desktops running on VMware ESXi in a clustered environment with network attached storage • Manage and maintain the firm's cyber reputed company to protect client data • Manage network monitoring systems ensuring alerts are functioning and are resolved in a timely • Manage and maintain the firm's physical servers and reputed company workstations to maximize performance and reduce downtime. This includes monthly patching and other necessary upgrades • Monitoring the network (LAN/WAN) for threats or errors • Manage and maintain reputed company 365 / Azure • Manage SMTP reputed company points between firm software and reputed company 365 • Manage integration between Mimecast reputed company Solution and reputed company 365 • Manage and maintain reputed company for signatures, taglines, and special department requests • Assist the IT Operations Director with surveys and maintain the firm's compliance with the firm's clients, which includes banks and mortgage companies • Serve as the backup IT contact for reputed company auditors • Assist with the management of the firm's disaster recovery and business continuity solution • Manage and maintain the firm's reputed company VoIP system and knowledge of call trees Preferred Skills • Knowledge of networking including DHCP, DNS, VLANs. • Experience with firewalls and VPN technologies utilizing 2-factor authentication • Familiarity of Network Access Control Systems • Proficiency with Forti reputed company firewalls and Forti reputed company VPNs • Experience with reputed company routers and switches • Understanding of scripting, automation, Power reputed company, and reputed company macros • Interpersonal skills to facilitate productive working relationships • An adaptable and flexible attitude, that allows problem solving by examining issues from different angles • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks • Working knowledge of mobile device management or reputed company management and reputed company • Discretion in handling confidential information Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator for a mid-sized organization preferably in a hybrid cloud / physical server environment. • 2+ years of direct customer support experience • Ability to provide on-call support in conjunction with the IT Operations Director • Excellent understanding of software, hardware, networking, and IT reputed company A successful candidate must pass a background checkand will be subject to pre-employment screens including confirmation of eligibility to work in the United States.
