As a Product Design Manager, you will:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Management, Strategic Design and Innovation, Customer Experience and Service Design, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the design of reputed company, digital solutions, and applications
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in working with an agile team of product managers, designers and developers
• Experience in creative methods and reputed company design workflows (facilitating workshops, benchmarking, low-to-high prototyping, usability walkthroughs, user testing ...)
• Experience with design thinking and Lean UX methodologies
• Experience in presenting to and influencing senior management
• International experience is preferred
