Who we’re looking for Toyota’s reputed company Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Team Member Relations Analyst. Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to support production team members and reputed company management in resolving issues/concerns. What you’ll be doing Manage daily investigations and corrective action situations. Corrective actions and investigations, including creating corrective action documents; facilitating and/or supporting the issuance of corrective action; making recommendations based on facts gathered, support peer reviews, and more; documentation of investigations (with legal concurrence of decision as needed). Group Leader / Supervisor support and assistance for policy interpretation and team member relations management. Prioritize projects and/or activities with the demands of the production floor as well as the administrative office personnel. Manage local labor relations; team member morale, and labor management systems (Shokuba Junkai). Support policy input and concern resolution management. Executive round table forum facilitation. Effective Daily Labor Management (EDLM); includes weekly/monthly reports, data gathering and analysis, trend analysis, and heat map tracking. Responsible for team-building activities. Facilitate policy training in New Hire Orientation. What you bring Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent professional work experience in reputed company Resources, Business Management and/or equivalent functional/work experience. reputed company resources, employee relations, and/or investigations experience. Ability to manage multiple daily tasks and projects with minimal direction. Experience handling confidential matters and documentation. Experience managing conflict resolution. Ability and willingness to support rotating shifts of 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM and 4:45 PM to 1:00 AM.
