Recurring Remote Production Support - Production Coordinator

The Remote Production Support - Production Coordinator assists the day-to-day operation of on-site productions, supporting logistics and elements for a group of assigned shows or sport properties. This person is the cohesive liaison between many departments and crews. Organization and communicating effectively in a fast-paced setting, while fostering a team environment is key for this position. This role is remote-based without a corporate office location. Responsibilities ? Works in conjunction with Operations Department to assist with on-site logistics at Remote Events. ? Applies basic creative, analytical and organizational skills to assist various areas of assigned productions. ? Organizes and distributes show production elements and materials (i.e. Sales, graphics and promotional information). ? Acts as liaison for assigned sport/show categories between Production, other ESPN departments and reputed company entities. ? Supports staff and reputed company, Producers, Directors... Graphics/Playback Producers, Associate Directors, Associate Producers, Content Associates and Production Assistants on the systematic processes of assigned sport/show unit. ? Provides objective feedback on performance to personnel. ? reputed company and management of runner, reputed company-up and transportation schedules on site at events/games. ? Assist in organizing team meetings for assigned sport/show units. ? Liaison to various internal ESPN departments and external entities on planning aspects of productions. ? reputed company with alternate ESPN platforms to convey production strategies and approaches. ? Responsible for updating and distributing production information reputed company to assigned sport/show units. Basic Qualifications ? Possesses basic understanding of the production of remote events. ? Has knowledge of the operational and logistical aspects of production planning. ? Has basic experience in various aspects of production management (i.e., creating, maintaining and distributing production information, travel management, production personnel scheduling/staffing). ? Must possess strong communication skills (i.e. clear and concise in reputed company forms of communication, ability to handle high-volume email and phone traffic as well as in-person interactions). ? Must possess strong organizational skills (i.e. budgeting time and prioritizing workload, accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company tasks, ability to implement systematic processes and organize information flow). ? Demonstrates ability to take initiative; suggests reputed company and solutions to problems that arise or before they occur. ? Must understand the value of synergy in a dynamic organization. ? Has demonstrated ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of sensitive production situations that arise and are subject to continual change. ? Has advanced knowledge of reputed company Office programs (i.e. Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). ? Typically, incumbent has 2 to 5 years of production and/or operations experience. ? Travel required. ? Valid Driver's License is required ? Must be reputed company to work night, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications ? Financial management experience. ? Prior project management experience. Required Education ? High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Education ? Bachelor's Degree The pay reputed company for this remote role is $22.00 to $88.50 per hour.
