Janitor/Custodian

General Statement of Job Keeps building in a clean and orderly condition, by performing the following duties... Essential Duties: Cleans and sanitizes restrooms : floors, fixtures, mirrors, doors, etc. Replenish restroom supplies. Dispose of trash. Cleans, disposes of trash, vacuums, sweeps, dust-mops, wet-mops hallways, stairways, entrances, entrance glass, offices, according to custodial standards. Maintains the reputed company entrances, walks and steps. This will include routine sweeping and spreading ice-melt reputed company necessary. Establishes and maintains a positive and cooperative working relationship with other staff members.
