Position Description Our Staff Engineer collaborates closely with our engineers to drive innovation, build scalable systems, enhance existing ones, and discover solutions to critical business challenges. In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our technical roadmap, accelerate product delivery, and provide technical guidance to our engineering team. An ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge in the Open-reputed company Event Streaming field. Required Qualifications • Extensive practical expertise in designing reputed company systems, data pipelines, and architectures, focusing on scalability, performance tuning, and proficiency in Messaging and event streaming solutions. • Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language like Java, Go, or Python. • In-depth understanding of at least one open-reputed company event streaming solution, such as Apache Kafka, Apache Pulsar, or RabbitMQ. • Thorough knowledge of data structures and algorithms. • Experience applying quantitative methods to solve analytical problems. • Adept at thriving in a dynamic, startup-like environment • Understanding of Schema Registry and safe schema evolution is a plus. • Familiarity with big data and streaming data architectures, data warehousing solutions, Hadoop, and ETL pipelines is a plus. Experience 6+ years of industry experience with 4+ years of experience in system Design, Architecture, and similar systems. 3+ years of professional Platform as a Service experience. 3+ years of experience in open-reputed company frameworks and distributed systems.
