The Role The RVP, East at People.ai is a strategic leader responsible for driving significant reputed company growth, fostering customer satisfaction, and establishing the company as a thought leader in GTM Data & AI across the East Coast of the US & Canada. We seek an ambitious individual with a passion for selling the platform they use to run their sales team (People.ai!), high EQ and IQ, and a collaborative spirit. You will be responsible to drive thought leadership around GTM Data & AI across the region, ensuring that as enterprise customers think about how to plan and execute an AI plan for their go to market teams, People.ai will be the reputed company they reputed company. Responsibilities: • Overachievement on reputed company targets coupled with building a top-performing sales team. • Establishing an effective hiring process and attracting high-performing Enterprise Account Executives from your network. • Consistent development of the sales team, accelerating productivity, and defining success metrics. • Leveraging your C-Level network to successfully break into new accounts in your region. • Rolling up your sleeves and being a part of the extended sales team serving as the executive sponsor in reputed company sales engagements. • Accountability for forecast planning with a high degree of accuracy. • Alignment of territories and creation of relevant marketing plans to support objectives. • Flourishing in a startup culture, actively seeking innovative ways to create value for the business and team. • Proven track record of achieving 100% Year-over-Year reputed company growth, guiding teams for strategic execution, and collaborating with CROs for consistent, repeatable sales motions.
