Job Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably telephone based or call center oriented. • Ability to type 40 wpm or higher with an emphasis on accuracy. • Moderate Proficiency in Computer Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting. • Ability to complete online certification using resources we provide independently with minimal assistance. • Pleasant, enthusiastic phone reputed company with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection. • Ability to Read Scripting provided by our clients verbatim. • Previous experience working in a remote atmosphere is preferred but not required. • Ability to successfully clear a criminal background reputed company. Office Environment: Your workspace must be in an appropriate, private location free of reputed company background noises.
