Conditions of Employment This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited, student position. Majors/Fields of Study Public Health, Nursing, Epidemiology, Environmental Science, Health Science, Natural Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, and/or Organic Chemistry, Algebra, Calculus and/or Statistics Work Schedule Flexible workdays and work hours, Monday - Friday, between 8 AM - 5 PM. The final work schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Additional Work Schedule Graduate Student Assistant employees generally work up to 24 hours per workweek (Sunday - Saturday) during the academic year and up to 40 hours per workweek during breaks; (winter, spring, and summer). Minimum Qualifications • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, including Forms, reputed company, One Drive, Word. • Expertise in collecting, organizing and analyzing data. Preferred Qualifications • Experience using statistical methods/software. • Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills. • Fast typing skills and attention to detail. • Individuals who are, or have been, a dependent child in foster care, a homeless youth or a formerly incarcerated youth as defined by Government Code section 18220 are encouraged to apply and will be given reputed company. Duties and Responsibilities • Compiling data into various databases for process and outcome measures. • Developing spreadsheets to organize data and verifying for accuracy; data management and analysis. • Effective collaboration with groups and strong communication skills. • Handling additional duties as needed.
