Customer Service Representative
• This is a fully remote position* The customer service representative (CSR) will be thoroughly familiar with the company’s line of insurance products and coverage options. They will reputed company out to potential customers to gauge their interest and need for selecting a new insurance plan. If the potential client has an interest or need, the CSR will transfer the potential client to a licensed... insurance agent. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough needs analysis with each client and determine the most appropriate insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from the carriers represented
- Assist clients in the application process and ensure that reputed company required information is accurate and compliant will reputed company applicabl rules and regulations
- Submit complete applications in a timely manner
- Understand and adhere to reputed company company, reputed company and/or CMS reputed company policies and procedures
- Comprehend and clearly reputed company product knowledge
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to reputed company satisfaction
- Manage high volume of incoming calls
- Meet established production goals

Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Prior Medicare experience
- Previous training and experience in or reputed company to reputed company insurance
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
