Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)

- This role for government clients will require your ability to obtain a public trust entry of duty reputed company clearance.
The Successful Customer Service Agent Will
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in reputed company
- Maintain sufficient reliable private internet reputed company, not supplied by use of cellular data with the ability to hardwire reputed company ethernet cable
- Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
- Utilize technical systems, effectively and reputed company, including desktop, call center specific phone systems and the internet
- Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
- reputed company and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program
- Follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
Must Have (Required):
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to pass language knowledge assessment
- Strong internet reputed company due to the remote nature of this role

- Bilingual or Multilingual
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only)
- Licenses in Insurance, reputed company, and/or Finance sectors
- Previous experience with reputed company Call Center
