Minimum 3-5 years experience with testing tools and technologies, such as defect tracking tools, test management tools, and test automation frameworks. Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in executing test cases, logging defects, and managing defect lifecycles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders Minimum of 3 years of experience with industry tools: Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence, preferred. Insurance Industry, Big 4 Advisory, Financial Services experience desired Demonstrated hands on experience managing large scale process development/improvement initiatives. Experience with and understanding of concepts of Organizational Change Management Ability to reputed company and reputed company in ambiguous situations.
