Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and issues via live chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly through live chat. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product usage. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
