About the job Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to assist with a variety of ongoing clinical trials. We are looking for someone who can take initiative and provide reputed company time data entry for our clinical trials... Someone who has worked in a high paced, fast-moving environment will work well at reputed company. Previous research experience is strongly preferred. Essential Responsibilities Transcribes reputed company data into various electronic data capture (reputed company) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards Verifies reputed company of data by comparing it to reputed company documents Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP) and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of reputed company reputed company activities Answer queries reputed company reputed company system in a timely manner Assist the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards Prepare and reputed company documents into reputed company systems and ERAs database Assist the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol
Requirements
High School Diploma High attention to detail Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Flexible during the companys growth stage Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members Desired Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in data entry Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Experience with reputed company Office Knowledge of research reputed company systems preferred (reputed company Vault, Medrio, reputed company, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc..)
