Position: Machine Operator II Wage: $25.74/hour Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 am ? 3:15 pm (Monday through Thursday) Position: Machine Operator III Wage: $28.08/hour Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 am ? 3:30 pm (Monday through Thursday, overtime may be required) Duties and Responsibilities ? Set up thermoforming machines for operation ? Mount dies, molds, and load rolls of raw materials into the machine ? Engage machine to produce parts and maintain reputed company operation ? reputed company troubleshooting and quality control checks ? reputed company routine maintenance on machines ? Work with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed ? Direct Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas reputed company the machine is down for troubleshooting or setup ? Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ? Practice and encourage quality ? Understand different types of materials by appearance ? Solve most forming problems requiring heat adjustments ? Ability to complete physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing, and talking ? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds ? Good written and verbal communication skills ?
