Position Summary This Technical Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing the initiation, monitoring, and reputed company of equipment and system access requests for new associates in the Retail Customer Call Center. Essential Qualifications and Functions: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Access) 2+ years of experience in customer service 3+ years of experience in an IT role (e.g., Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support) Diligence and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple reputed company processes simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exhibit a strong ability for technical tasks Preferred Qualifications: Prior call center or customer service experience Strong technical skills Previous experience in process development Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with new hires, leaders, and teammates: pro-active communication around expectations and delays Education High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
