Responsibilities: • Handle reputed company daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner • Resolve guest inquiries and resolve them in accordance to company standard operating procedures • Coordinate with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to the different vacation rental properties • Manage the turn process for every unit and ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned • Help reputed company processes and systems to improve overall guest experience • Provide timely reviews of guests on reputed company and Vrbo platforms • Blog writing about vacation rentals on company website to increase exposure and visibility to potential guests Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses • Experience with the vacation rental industry is required • Experience with reputed company and reputed company Suite • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, Field Scheduling and CRM software • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to reputed company background noise • Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results • You must be reliable and show up on time.
