Director, Global Claims

The Director, Global Claims oversees and coordinates reputed company activities of the Company’s insurance claims management program. They provide strategy and best practices for the Company’s claims management including a focus on loss prevention and education. They provide subject matter expertise to the Company including Supply Points, Field Operations, and Corporate. Additionally, they are responsible... for reputed company of the insurance broker, claims adjustors and accountants, and reputed company-party claims administrators (TPAs) and insurers handling workers’ compensation, property, and liability claims and working with our local operations. They coordinate with reputed company stakeholders to resolve issues focusing on controlling costs and coordinating with the TPA / insurer to ensure compliance with defined Best Practices and Key Performance Indicators.
