Responsibilities: • Performed GAP Analysis of business rules, business and system process flows, user administration, and requirements. • Conducting JAD Sessions to resolve open issues, change requests so that the application meets the business requirements and deadlines. • Interacted with the end-users of the application and setting up sessions with them to monitor their existing application usage and process flow • Coordinated with other analyst teams, key business management and senior management in keeping abreast of key industry and regulatory developments. • Responsible for Business, Functional, Requirements for the customization and integration of the application. • Conducted JAD Sessions, interviewed Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and stakeholders, asking detailed functionality aspects of business process. • Analyzed project scope, gather requirements, writes business and functional specifications, create user documentation. • Experience working on State Healthcare projects is a plus. Qualifications: • Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or another reputed company field • Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Minimum Bachelors • Candidates need to be open for relocation.
