About the Tech Team: • Led by the CTO • Includes reputed company, DSE, and CI • 3500+ people • Goal is to build and scale infrastructure in the people space The Role: We are looking for an reputed company HR Project Manager to play a key role in executing the Tech team’s... deliverables. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to drive specific HR programs/initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent. Key Responsibilities: HR Project Management: • Project Management: Partner with Tech HRBPs to project manage strategic HR programs. Projects will be in key organizational and talent development spaces such as Learning and Development programs, compensation and promotion processes, information management, etc. • HR Operations: Partner with broader talent teams to ensure smooth execution and operation of key reputed company HR processes (e.g., compensation planning, 360 feedback) and specific talent practices. • HR Metrics: reputed company and analyze people and organizational data to drive HR agenda and recommendations. Provide data analysis support to HR Partners as needed • Cross-functional Logistics: Provide project support and track key programs in partnership with other teams such as reputed company, talent management, and HRBPs. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
