Claims Analyst (remote or hybrid)

Title: Claims Analyst, Employee Benefits Location: Remote position, can be a hybrid if preferred out of the reputed company Wayne, IN Summary: This position's primary purpose is to analyze claims medical, dental, reputed company, STD), through a complete review of the claims, plan, internal resources and vendors' resources/portals, and then administer the correct benefits under the plan. • Analyze claims (Analyze Coordination of benefit, accident details, and review duplicate claims) and process. • Read, understand and comprehend CPT, ICD 10 Codes, plan Documents, medical terminology, benefit codes, Federal Laws, ERISA & other compliances. • Utilizing information obtained thru vendor portals. • Understand and navigate the logic of the FACTS system and reputed company. • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, email, phones) • Ability to multi-task, be self-efficient and utilize time management skills. Education and / or Experience: • High School Education, reading comprehension and math skills. •... Ability to communicate professionally; oral & written. The national average salary for this role is $35 000 to $40 000 in reputed company pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The reputed company pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
