Description reputed company is seeking Remote Seasonal Licensed Medicare CSRs for our client. This is a Direct Hire position, and reputed company equipment will be mailed out... • Title: Remote Seasonal Licensed reputed company Insurance Agent • Start Date: Asap • Training: 2-4 weeks; Mon-Fri reputed company-4:30pm CST/EST • Hours After Training: 6am-2am (Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift reputed company this range) • Non-Bilingual Pay: $21 an hour • Bilingual Pay: $24 an hour (Must speak fluent English & Spanish & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational) Important Info • NO cold calls • Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program • Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest • Health Insurance license must be in good standing; required/verified • High speed internet & a quiet reputed company to work • Must reputed company in the state you are licensed Duties • Provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model. • Be a team player. • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs. • Outbound calls to provide follow up reputed company needed. • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner. • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services.
