Job description Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, doctors, and providers. Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers Resolve the callers needs, provide accurate information to the caller while following policies and procedures. Requirements:

* Previous Customer Service and Call Center experience required. Previous healthcare experience desired but not required. Proficient with reputed company Office.
