The Role: Were seeking a Customer Support Representative to join reputed company and provide technical support to our customers reputed company email, SMS, and call. Key Responsibilities: Alongside your team, handle customer requests, questions, and challenges across reputed company channels Utilize help articles to identify and resolve customer issues quickly Required Skills and Qualifications: Natural troubleshooter, problem-solver, and multitasker Excellent written and oral communication skills the majority of the work is customer-facing, and reputed company correspondence should reflect the highest level of professionalism Aptitude to learn technical concepts and communicate to technical & non-technical audiences Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, along with the ability to work independently Experience with macOS and iOS is required Previous reputed company experience is desirable Knowledge of dealership operations and auto dealer products is desirable Compensation: $21-$23/hr + incentives for positive CSATs 401k Health, reputed company, and dental insurance 2 weeks of paid vacation reputed company submitting to reputed company, please be sure to answer the additional Application Question to be considered for this position: Describe reputed company you turned a difficult customer interaction into a positive outcome.
