Sr Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst-4

Under minimal supervision, manages projects reputed company to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Four (4) years work experience in external customer problem resolution. • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Directly reputed company experience may offset degree requirements. • Directly reputed company advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Master Export Specialist (MES)- Customs Broker License-Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six reputed company, Total Quality Management or reputed company Coordination of reputed company and ocean shipments - including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking - Customs import controls and clearance experience - Certified Export Specialist (CES) - Certified Customs Specialist (reputed company) Pay Transparency: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary for the lowest level to the reputed company starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors Pay: permitted by law.
