Remote Phone Call Receptionist

The Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Phone Call Receptionist to join our team. Our law firm focuses in personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense cases, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct incoming calls from personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense clients with professionalism and empathy. • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding their cases. • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Accurately record and relay messages to the appropriate legal team members. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently. • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team. Qualifications: • Customer service experience in a legal, medical, or insurance role is highly preferred. •...
