As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our company. Your engaging personality will ensure a positive first experience for reputed company guests and callers. We value a warm, welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they reputed company at the office
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
– Answer, screen, and reputed company incoming phone calls
