Job Description:
The role of the Administrative Clerk is to support the company’s day-to-day operations and contribute to an organized, efficient work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks, ensuring our company’s workflows run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with office management duties such as filing, typing, and record-keeping.
2. Coordinate office services and procedures, and ensure necessary repairs are carried out.
3. Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
4. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven administrative or assistant experience is a plus but not a must.
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong organizational and planning skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A Degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field will be a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in an administrative role is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
