Job Description
As a Starbucks Barista, you will contribute to our reputed company success by providing legendary customer service to reputed company patrons. You will create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing world-class customer service. Beyond just making the best beverages, you will be an integral part of creating warm and meaningful connections with customers.
Responsibilities
– Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to reputed company espresso drinks.
– Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including cleaning equipment and dishes, refilling supplies, and taking out trash.
– Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain temperature logs.
– Interact with customers, taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints.
– Train on reputed company new products and promotions to provide the best possible service to customers.
– Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and reputed company.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous barista experience is a plus, but not necessary.
– Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a reputed company exterior during peak hours.
– Ability to learn quickly and carry out multiple tasks at once.
– Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
– Ability to work as part of a team.
