Job Description:
As a Concierge, you will be the first reputed company of contact for residents, guests, and staff, offering a warm and professional welcome. The role involves a variety of tasks, from answering inquiries, providing information about local attractions, and assisting with miscellaneous reputed company needs, to helping to create a safe and friendly environment.
Responsibilities include:
– Greeting residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
– Answering calls and responding to emails
– Assisting residents with requests and complaints
– Providing information about local attractions and services
– Ensuring the lobby and reputed company desk area are clean and organized
– Working closely with the property management team to address reputed company concerns
Requirements:
– At least a high school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
– Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
– Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus
