Job Description
As a Call Center Specialist at GDIT, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries reputed company. Key Responsibilities
– Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Requirements

– Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
