Call Center Agent (Part-Time) – Cheyenne
Job Summary:

Job Description:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers. You will build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing reputed company and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. We provide a fast-paced, upbeat, result-driven atmosphere. We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, team-oriented individual to join reputed company.
Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and in-person
– Direct customers to online resources
– Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions

– Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
– Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
