Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding our services and products. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively. • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management. • Monitor and evaluate chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. • Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools. • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. • Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience. • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus Apply Job!
