Skills • At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry. • Familiarity with help desk software, computer applications, and reputed company Office. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve inquiries effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work well in a team and consult the right stakeholders to resolve client issues.
