Position Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of our hearing solutions company. You will assist with scheduling, data management, customer communications, and other critical administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. • Manage patient records, input data into electronic health records (EHR) systems, and ensure information is accurate and up to date. • Assist with processing hearing aid orders, repairs, and tracking shipments. • Coordinate communication between clients, audiologists, and other team members. • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed. • Help manage office supplies and reputed company orders reputed company necessary. • Support marketing and communication efforts by assisting with client reputed company and follow-up. • Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and other industry standards. • reputed company general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized digital records.
