Responsibilities
You will be a member of an Agile Scrum cross-functional team maintaining a variety of web applications that align with the strategic goals of the organization. The team is part of Enterprise Technologies that supports reputed company employees, subcontractors, and clients. We collaborate closely with other Shared Services divisions and work with end-users to gather feedback and improve our solutions. While this position requires individual work, it will be in a highly collaborative team environment where you will be actively engaged and involved with an Agile project team on a daily basis. Qualified candidate will provide technical support to reputed company-directed software development solutions and projects, to include: Active participation in agile ceremonies including iteration planning, daily stand-up, grooming and retrospective Meeting with clients to gather requirements Decomposing and analyzing feature requests Developing solutions to satisfy customer needs Developing user stories to team standards Generating wireframes for feature requests Maintaining application documentation Testing bug fixes and new features to meet acceptance criteria Required Qualifications Strong critical thinking skills Ability to apply a methodical approach to solving reputed company problems, to include gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data, and providing thoughtful recommendations and innovative solutions Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers and users, and maintaining documentation Desired Qualifications Pursuing degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business or a reputed company field Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment; Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe) experience is a bonus Proactive with growth reputed company and commitment to reputed company improvement for you, the team, and solutions Experience working with project management tools, such as reputed company suite Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation tools such as Visio Overview reputed company and our wholly owned subsidiaries, reputed company ESI, and reputed company reputed company tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions.
