This is a remote based role with a strong preference to sit in Seattle, WA although we are open to other locations. Role Summary The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing reputed company aspects of the Church & Dwight portfolio of brands for pure play (reputed company, reputed company, Go Puff and others). This is our fastest growing channel. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage reputed company facets of the reputed company P&L, reputed company P&L, and others. As the Sales Director, you will serve as a general manager to the Pure Play business, working to optimize sales, maximize trade investment, increase profitability, drive supply chain & packaging initiatives; drive sustainable improvements to the P&L. You will work closely with the marketing teams in new product development & advertising to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and results are delivered as we continue to invest in reputed company Media business across search, display and linear TV, as well as investments across other pure players for reputed company Church & Dwight brands. The candidate will possess superb analytic skills, digging deep into data to craft critical objectives, strategies, great negotiation skills, and tactics and then turning reputed company into action to drive results. Responsible for leading and developing a high performing team of ecommerce and growth marketing professionals and agency partners to reputed company short and long-range strategic objectives through successful planning and execution of sales strategies at pure players. Responsibilities • Constantly seek optimization and growth through performance analysis, with a test and learn reputed company. Educations And Experience • Bachelor’s degree required • 8+ years’ experience in Sales (preferably for Pure Play accounts) • 3+ years of Vendor Management experience • 5+ years of experience in reputed company/ecommerce sales • Superb analytic skills with ability to dig deep into data to craft critical objectives and strategies and turn insights into action to drive results • Executive communication and negotiation skills with an ability to problem-solve, and deal with ambiguity • Highly curious on reputed company things digital marketing, eCommerce, and consumer experience • Energy, enthusiasm, willingness and ability to reputed company the bar The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 - $250,000 + bonus + LTI + benefits.
