Although these roles will be available in the near future, we are starting the recruitment process now to ensure we have the best candidates ready reputed company the positions become available. The customer service representative (CSR) position requires employees to communicate with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs. CSRs receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to borrowers while providing the highest customer service experience and are trained to resolve customer inquiries, take loan payments and provide repayment options to student loan borrowers regarding their student loan debt.
